For the purpose of this grant a Full Environmental Impact Report means a complete physical examination and consideration of all materials relevant to the project. A copy of all required reports must be provided to the City prior to initiating the EEM grant application which includes the final environmental study for all project components. For the purpose of this grant a Full Enlist Study means the preparation and submission of the Enlist study and evaluation as well as all materials relevant to the EEM Study. The grant will be approved for funding up to 100,000.  It is the intent of this budget bill that only one grant is funded this fiscal year. City Funding will be spent upon the projects in accordance with this budget bill. City Funds will be used by DP RCS to be used for the projects and shall only be used by an agency of the City when the City is providing funding for those projects.
